Regulations on personal dose limits for occupational exposure:

1. "Specifications for Individual Monitoring of Occupational External Exposure" GBZ-128-2019

4.3.1 Routine monitoring cycles are generally one month and should not exceed three months at maximum.

6.1.2 The annual monitoring level recommended by this standard is an effective dose of 5mSv.

2. "Methods for Individual Dose Monitoring of Radiation Workers" GB 5294-85

Dose limits: The occupational exposure levels of any worker (adult) should be controlled not to exceed the following limits:

(a) Average annual effective dose over any consecutive 5 years < 20mSv;

(b) Effective dose in any single year < 50mSv;

(c) Annual equivalent dose to the lens of the eye < 150mSv;

(d) Annual equivalent dose to the extremities (hands and feet) or skin < 500mSv;
